1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and gd55 (hereinafter "gd55", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming information and entertainment services available at https://gd55.cam (the "Platform").

gd55 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform primarily serving Malaysian users. • You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 below;
• Any information you provide to gd55 is accurate, current and complete;

• You accept that these Terms may be amended from time to time and that continued use of the Platform following notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last revised on 1 January 2026. gd55 recommends that you retain or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on gd55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your Account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single account: You may hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
4. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through gd55 or through any other gaming operator.
5. Not employed by gd55: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of gd55 staff are not permitted to hold player Accounts.
6. Jurisdiction: You are responsible for confirming that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. gd55 reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

5 Account Registration

To access Services on gd55, you must complete the account registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form, which typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian phone number and chosen login credentials.

You must ensure that all registration information is accurate and kept up to date. gd55 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing and compliance purposes. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying gd55 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that your Account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.

gd55 will never contact you to request your password, one-time passcode, full card number or CVV through any channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to gd55 support immediately.

6 Deposits & Payments

gd55 accepts deposits in MYR through the payment methods currently listed on the Platform, which may include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and approved cryptocurrency channels. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account, as displayed at the time of deposit.
• gd55 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank, e-wallet provider or payment processor may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account without undue delay once confirmed by the payment provider. gd55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processing systems.
• gd55 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any deposit method where reasonable grounds for concern exist.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a request will be processed:

1. KYC completion: Your Account must have completed the required identity verification process before any withdrawal can be approved.
2. Wagering requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirement attached to your Account must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable. Failure to complete wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.
3. Minimum withdrawal amount: Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold displayed on the Platform will not be processed.
4. Matching payment method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the operator's applicable policy at the time of request.
5. Account standing: Withdrawals will not be processed if the Account is under investigation, suspended or subject to a pending review.

Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay may be processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval, while bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong or FPX may take longer depending on banking schedules and operational review requirements. gd55 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time gd55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits or other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is presented. The following general principles apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings and any other relevant conditions.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated systems or colluding with other Users, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and suspension of the Account.
• gd55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds will be clearly identified separately within your Account Balance. Wagering requirements must generally be completed using real-money funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

9 Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available through gd55 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. Users should review these rules before participating. The following general provisions apply to all gaming activity:

• Game outcomes: Slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. gd55 makes no representation as to the probability of any particular outcome.
• Sports betting settlement: Sports markets are settled in accordance with the rules displayed for each market. Disputes relating to settlement must be raised within 14 days of the event result being confirmed.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of a technical fault or manifest error that materially affects the integrity of a game or bet, gd55 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Users will be notified where this occurs.
• Maximum win limits: Individual games or markets may carry a maximum win or payout cap as specified in the applicable game rules.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gd55 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or loopholes in games or systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party.

11 Responsible Gambling

gd55 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Casino-style gambling is for entertainment purposes only and is not a reliable method of generating income. The following obligations and tools apply:

• Age restriction: gd55 gaming services are restricted to persons aged 21 and above. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
• Deposit limits: Users may request deposit limits on their Account to help manage spending. Requests to reduce limits will take effect promptly. Requests to increase limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the gd55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software and database compilations, is owned by or licensed to gd55 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• Use gd55 branding, logos or trade names for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• gd55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• gd55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• gd55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

gd55 does not accept responsibility for gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and you accept that risk fully upon placing any bet or wager.

14 Suspension & Termination

gd55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Violation of the single-account policy or evidence of duplicate registration;
• Use of prohibited software or automated systems;
• Any conduct that gd55 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users or the integrity of the Services.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting gd55 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (subject to verification and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Amendments

gd55 may revise these Terms at any time. Where a revision is material, gd55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a platform notification, email to the address registered on your Account, or a prominent notice on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. gd55 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gd55 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is subject to specific local laws and that gd55 does not hold or claim any Malaysian government gaming licence.
